An intense full-body workout designed to boost strength, stamina, and confidence. Open to all fitness levels — push past your limits with support from the squad.

Mind Over Muscle: Motivation Night

A chill evening of goal-setting, self-discipline hacks, and mindset training. We’ll dive into how to stay consistent, even when motivation fades.

When: 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM

Iron Will Challenge

Compete (or collaborate!) in a weekly fitness challenge — from planks to push-ups, sprints to squats. Win points, earn bragging rights, and maybe even prizes.

Fuel Station: Meal Prep 101

Nutrition is key to growth. Learn easy, effective meal prep strategies, supplement guidance, and how to eat for your goals.

When: 2nd Saturday of each month at 2:00 PM

Active Recovery & Stretch Flow

Don’t skip recovery! This guided session focuses on mobility, breathwork, and muscle relief to help your body rebuild and recharge.
